Our leadership team is dedicated to the education and success of our Explorer members. Each advisor dedicates time to the program to share the skills they have learned through years of experience in law enforcement. 

All of our advisors have completed at a minimum a Montana POST certified Law Enforcement Academy or been granted a reciprocity by POST for another law enforcement academy.  

All of our Advisors bring years of law enforcement experience as well as additional experience ranging from Fire & EMS, Private Security, Emergency Management, Private Business owner's and many other public service sectors. 

Our youth leaders serve as direct leaders to the members of our program, they assist our leadership team with duties such as communicating meeting dates and times, taking attendance, organizing activities and recruiting efforts for the post. Our adviors wold not be able to do it without them!
